Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize and recruit clients for group and individual loans.
- Conduct loan appraisals, disbursements, and collections.
- Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality.
- Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate client records.
- Educate clients on financial literacy and savings culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any business field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lending or field operations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets
- Must be male, able to ride a motorcycle, and willing to conduct regular fieldwork
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
